Nutrition Counseling
It is a proven fact that what you eat or better yet what you don't eat will indeed affect your physical and mental health as we age.
Did you know that...
- Eating a wide variety of foods can help keep you healthy and protect you from nutrient deficiencies.
- Being physically active increases your strength and flexibility.
- Drinking enough fluids can help with constipation as well as medication absorption.
- Eating all foods but controlling the serving size of all foods is the healthiest way to manage your dietary intake.
- Most diagnosed health conditions are related to how we ate when we were young or the way we eat now.
- Nutrition counseling can assist you to learn about a specific health condition or to assist you in changing your eating behavior to help you make healthier food choices.
